Description

The Global Leadership Community is creating the Nov 28 conversation on Team Collaboration. We will explore what it takes to create high functioning productive teams who can co-create and thrive in uncertain times.

We believe the future of Leadership depends on the ability to form and maintain agile teams that can quickly access flow states of effortless effort. The place where co-creativity and innovation reside.

Some of the questions we may explore include:

What makes a group of people a Team?
What leadership is required to make a Team?
How can we encourage Team Collaboration?
How can Team Collaboration skills help us to evolve the future?
How safe do you feel at work, and how does that impact your ability to collaborate?
What would a Team be without the people and the collaboration?
What is the future of Teamwork?

Please join the conversation on November 28th! ;)
